So......this one is super, super easy. All you do is buy cotton candy cones (or roll your own), wrap poly batting around them, and spray the batting pink with spray paint. Wow!
I have an unusual request. I am giving my wife a surprise party which is themed around her passion for desserts. I want to make a Carmen Miranda type hat for her to wear during the party with a dessert theme. It seems you might be the perfect person for the job.
